Architectural Standards and Procedures
Residents packet and amended schedule-c
A Welcome Packet has been created for current Residents and New Owners in Deer Creek Village. This three (3) section packet will include Architectural Standards and Procedures, Some of the most Commonly Violated Rules from Schedule C, and the Violation and Enforcement Procedures for the community.
In 2023, The Board of Directors along with the Management Company and our Association Attorney amended Schedule C:Rules and Regulations to clarify our Rules and Regulations to assist Homeowners in understanding what is expected while living in our Deed Restricted Community.

Playground Pavilion Use – No rental fee required, Rental is on a first come first serve basis, all trash must be removed after parties.
