Procedures

What Needs approval?

Any exterior changes to your home. This includes but is not limited to new roof, windows, doors, exterior paint, room additions, solar, driveway pavers or addons, walkways, and fencing (privacy hedges or fences) and landscaping.

How do I get approval?

Complete an Architectural Improvement Application found on this website or submit an online application through RealManage Home Owner/Resident Portal. Be sure to include all supporting documents for your project. See procedures for more detailed information. 

How long will approval take?

Most approvals can be handled very quickly if there is not an exception to pre approval required. Please allow up to 30 days and Never sign any contracts or purchase any products until your approval is signed. All approvals are subject to approval with Orange County when required.

All ACC applications can be submitted through Real Manage Owners Portal at https://www.realmanage.com

SENTRY MGT will no longer accept ACC applications as of Dec 31st, 2024.

 

Rules and Regulations

The Board of Directors updated the Rules and Regulations, Schedule C of the Declarations of Covenants, conditions, Restrictions, Rules and Regulations. The entire recorded documents are below. 

These are not the full documents for Deer Creek Village, they only include the last amended and recorded documents. This includes the cleaned up version of the Schedule C, The original document with all changes noted through “strikethroughs” for the removed language and ”underlines” for the new added language, and the three section Residents packet, which includes the Architectural Application Procedures and Standards, Common Schedule C Rules that have been violated and the Violation and Enforcement Policy.
