Meet our Board

The Board of Directors is appointed annually at the Annual Membership meeting. The Board can vary from 5 to 9 Board members, determined by membership vote. Officers are chosen at the following Board Organizational meeting. The Homeowners Association Board of Directors purpose is to uphold the Articles, Bylaws and Rules and Regulations of the community and to foster a sense of Community through Special events and Social gatherings.

There is one annual Membership meeting per year in May for the election of the Board of Directors and the Budget Meeting typically planned for October to adopt the Budget for the following year. These meetings are held in person at the clubhouse and homeowners are encouraged to attend. Voting for the Annual Membership meeting is by Proxy vote or by attendance at the meeting.

The best way to meet your Board and see what they are doing for your community is to attend a monthly board meeting. You may even want to volunteer to join a committee, or help with a social event or attend a club meeting. Board meetings are held via zoom as well as in person. Once per quarter the Board will meet at the clubhouse for those who do not use Zoom. The Annual Membership meeting in May is always an in person meeting.

The Board of Directors Meetings are held every 2nd Thursday of the month. Meetings are held via Zoom and or in person at the Clubhouse located at 5481 Deer Creek Drive, Orlando Fl 32821. Board Meetings vary from month to month.
